Welcome to Really Africa 360 (“we”, “our”, “us”), your go-to platform for exploring and listing properties across the magnificent African continent.   • User Adventure Begins :To unlock the full potential of our platform, register an account. You’re responsible for keeping your password a secret, like a well-guarded treasure map.
  • Eligibility Quest:You need to be at least 18 years of age to embark on this journey. Young adventurers under 18 need consent from a parent or guardian.
  • Code of Conduct : Use our platform responsibly and avoid any activities that could veer you off the path of civility and legality.

3. Property Listings

  • Accuracy Checkpoint : Sellers must ensure all property details are accurate. We’re not liable if a sea view turns out to be a puddle view.
  • Illusions and Deceptions: Posting fraudulent or misleading content is strictly prohibited and will lead to banishment from our community
  • Listing Removalt :We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our Terms, ensuring a pristine marketplace for all.

4. Magic of Payment and Fees

  • Treasure Trove Fees : Discover premium features that require payments. Fees are outlined clearly and are non-refundable, unless the magic of refunds applies.
  • Secure Payments:  Ensure your payment information is accurate to prevent any treasure from being misplaced

5. Intellectual Property

  • Guarding the Treasures:All content on our platform is owned by Really Africa 360 or our esteemed partners.
  • Use of Artifacts:  You receive a limited license to access and use our platform, as long as you don’t recreate our magical artifacts for resale.

  • Journey at Your Own Risk :We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your property adventures.
  • As Is Enchantment: Our platform is offered “as is” and “as available,” without any spell of warranties.
